When do you release new drops?

In general we will have new limited run items twice a month but we surprise you with the drops. To say in the know subscribe to our email list in the footer of our website here

What shirts do you print on?

90% of the time we use a next level or Canvas cotton/ polyester blend for an athletic fit. However for some releases we use an ultra premium Champion T-Shirt.

What size should I order?

What size does Stefi & Hayden wear?

Hayden wears an XL Stefi wears a M for an oversized look. We also have a size chart here

How long does it take to get my order?

Orders are usually packed within 48 hours and are picked up for shipping within 72 hours. Due to Corona, international and domestic shipments are experiencing many delays. Quoted ship times are not always accurate.

Where the heck is my order?

Unfortunately, once the order has left our warehouse and is in the hand of USPS, we have no further control and no additional updates other than what the USPS website says. For quick answers, we always suggest going to your local post office and asking to speak to a manager and provide them with your tracking information.

Item stuck in customs: This is another delay we have no control over and have no way of contacting customs to speak to them regarding the delays. Items may be held only a day or two, sometimes a month or two. We are not responsible for these delays.

Customs fees: Some countries may require custom fees when our packages travel overseas. These are additional to whatever shipping costs you paid and we are not responsible for these.

I think my package i lost!! It hasn't updated in weeks. HELP! We wish we could locate the package, but once it's in USPS hands, we can't expedite anything. 99% of packages always turn up, but due to the current state of the world with COVID, many packages will sit with no updates for weeks at a time. This doesn't mean your package is lost!

My package is FOR SURE lost. Send me a new one. If you choose first class shipping, USPS does not provide any insurance. We suggest selecting priority if you want to insure the package. We aren't responsible for any lost packages.

My package says delivered but it's not in my mailbox! This is something we see pretty often, where tracking reads as delivered and it didn't arrive. This is usually the postal driver scanning everything as delivered and your package is still on his truck. We find 90% of the time it's delivered the next day. If not, we suggest going to your local post office, speaking to a manager and asking them to call your driver to see if the item is on his truck or why it wasn't actually delivered.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes we do, you can get a gift card for $25, $50, or $100 here

How does the rewards program work?

Sign up using the popup on the lower right of the store or create/login to your account. Once you sign up you will start earning points as you shop. You can use your points for perks like a Free shipping coupon, $20 off or $50 off coupons.

What is the return policy?

We don’t accept returns. However we can exchange items for a different size or store credit as long as the items aren’t from a limited collection that is now sold out. All sold out limited release items as well as sale items or mystery shirts are final sale. Exchanges must be initiated within one week of purchase, please contact our support team.
